Hi! I'm so glad you're here...

My name is Amanda, and I'm a yoga instructor based in the greater Seattle area. I'm absolutely crazy about spreading the joy and benefits of yoga. It's humbling to sense the positive shift in energy after a student finishes a yoga session. While I was initially drawn to yoga for the physical practice, I ultimately fell in love with yoga’s emphasis on mindfulness and community. 

I take a scientific approach to physical & mental health, focusing on the evidence-based benefits of yoga and wellness. I offer private sessions, corporate yoga, studio classes, and special events. I enjoy working with students of all levels, and I will meet you wherever you are.

 

It is an honor to be a part of your yoga journey. Together, we can go much farther.

I had so much fun trying out yoga for the first time with Amanda! Throughout the lesson, she made sure my form was correct - super encouraging and always providing helpful instructions when I’m fumbling through new poses. Ultimately, Amanda has shown me that yoga can be a really fun way to exercise and relax. I can’t wait for the next lesson!
